I suspect that these folks are suffering from an involuntary chronic low-grade jenkem intoxication.Sorta like the town that has lithium in the water.But there is still the risk of clandestine manufacture of jenkem here.That's why when I go for my daily walk,I always wear my glasses and have a pair of binoculars and a camera handy,along with chemical-proof gloves and an extra-sturdy body bag I stole from my neighbor.Just incase I happen to spot a jenkem still in the woods along the littered roadside.I've seen every different thing you'd need to brew jenkem along the roadside here,but not together in the form of a jenkem still
